Services
Four practice areas, three delivery formats, two working languages.
Practice areas
AI enablement for employees
Practical generative-AI training tailored by industry and job function — not tool demos. Participants leave with prompts, workflows, and outputs built on their own work. Our largest and fastest-growing practice.
B2B marketing & sales
Account strategy, proposal and bid writing, negotiation, and channel management for teams selling to other businesses. 33 courses across marketing and B2B sales.
Leadership & organization
First-time managers, mid-level leaders, communication, and team development — including programs for leaders managing across cultures.
Business & digital skills
Presentation, planning and documentation, data literacy, and digital tooling. The practical layer that makes the other three stick.
Delivery formats
Three ways to run it
On-site
At your offices. Half-day (3–4h), full-day (6–8h), or a multi-session series.
Live online
Zoom or your platform, with the same hands-on structure. Standard for teams split across Korea and overseas offices.
Produced video & materials
Recorded modules and course materials produced to your specification, for onboarding or a company LMS.
Working languages
English delivery. Programs are delivered directly in English by our principal consultant. This is a listed, standard-rate service — see the rate table below.
Korean delivery with multilingual support. When the session runs in Korean but the cohort is mixed, participants use our training portal in Korean, English, Japanese, or Chinese. Exercises, materials, glossaries, and AI-assisted feedback all follow the language each participant selects, so an overseas colleague is a full participant rather than an observer.
How an engagement works
From first message to closing report
Inquiry
You send the team, the topic, and the timing. We reply within 24 hours.
Needs diagnosis
A short survey or diagnostic with the participating team, so the curriculum reflects the actual gap rather than an assumed one.
Curriculum design
We propose an outline, exercises, and measurable outcomes. You review and adjust before anything is fixed.
Delivery
On-site, live online, or blended — in English or Korean.
Report
Participant feedback, completion data, and our read on what the team should do next.
Standard rates
Indicative standard rates in Korean won. VAT, materials, travel, and customization are quoted separately. Final pricing depends on instructor and program design and is confirmed in a formal quote.
| Format | Rate |
|---|---|
| Seminar / keynote (1–2 hours) | KRW 1,200,000 flat |
| Half-day workshop (3–4 hours) | KRW 600,000 per hour |
| Full-day program (6–8 hours) | KRW 500,000 per hour |
| Delivered in English (any format) | KRW 800,000 per hour |
A one-hour seminar is quoted at the two-hour rate: travel and preparation occupy a half-day of the instructor's time regardless of the session length. Rates for public institutions and universities are adjusted to their procurement standards — tell us your framework and we will quote inside it.

Send us the brief. We reply within 24 hours with an outline and an indicative quote.
Contact usFrequently asked questions
Do you deliver training in English?
Yes. English-language delivery is a standard listed service at KRW 800,000 per hour, delivered directly by our principal consultant rather than through an interpreter.
Can you train a Korean subsidiary for a foreign parent company?
That is one of our most common engagements. We design the program in English with the parent company, deliver it in the language the Korean team works in, and report back in English.
What is included in the standard rate?
Instructor time, curriculum design, and delivery. VAT, printed materials, travel, and deep customization are quoted separately so you can see what drives the number.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a customized program, because the needs diagnosis and curriculum review sit in front of delivery. Shorter timelines are workable for standard programs — ask us.
